Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. On Saturday, October 3rd On Saturday, October 3rd, the American Cancer Society and Energy Gym / BodyDynamx are teaming up to fight breast cancer. The October 3rd fundraiser will not only be fun -- and healthy -- for participants, but will also help the American Cancer Society to make strides against breast cancer.

During the week leading up to the October 3rd Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event will be a series of other fundraisers and events within EnergyGym - All proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Societys breast cancer research and educational programs.

50/50 Raffle tickets can be purchased at the office during the last week in September and on event day. Tickets are $10 and the winning ticket will be drawn on event day October 3rd, the winner will split the pot with the American Cancer Society.

Guess the Calories of Pink Candy Contest You will see a jar of pink candy in the gym it is your job to guess how many calories are in the jar. The winner who comes closest with their guess will receive a gift certificate to Karamalis For Hair. Each guess is $5, you can guess as many times as you want.

In Honor Of & In Memory Of cards will also be available for purchase for $5. You can donate with a personal touch for someone you know who has or is battling with breast cancer. These cards will be posted in the window throughout the month of October honoring Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

On Event Day at BodyDynamx

On event day October 3rd for a fee of $30 you can join in the fun and support a good cause. The three hour event is a combination of fitness classes, beginning at 7 am on October 3, at Body Dynamx/Energy Gym. First on the agenda will be BODYPUMP @ 7:15 AM - 8:00 AM, followed by BODYATTACK @ 8:15 - 9:00 ending with ZUMBA @ 9:15 - 10:00. Please show your support by wearing pink this morning, we will be giving a $50 gift certificate to Mio Fratellos to the member who goes to the PINK EXTREME, anything and everything goes PINK!. Members and non-members are invited to participate’Äîand Make A Difference in the fight against breast cancer so bring a friend!
