I have a passion regarding health and fitness. Regular exercise along with a proper diet is vital to ensuring that our bodies perform their best.
As a PT I strive to be a "life coach" for my clients. My goal is to encourage and challenge my clients to feel stronger and more confident with every session. I keep my routine well rounded by combining strength training, cardio conditioning, and flexibility training into each workout.
By actively teaching BODYPUMP, RPM, BODYATTACK, and BODYFLOW I am able to target a wide variety of members therefore increasing the impact I can have on helping people maintain a healthy lifestyle.
