BODYFLOW: This Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout will help you build flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centered and calm. BODYCOMBAT AKA Kickboxing is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, tae kwon do, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.5 PM
CXWORX: A 30 minute class that really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. It’ll help you run faster … play harder … stand stronger! KICKBOXING: Once a specialized sport, kickboxing has quickly become one of the most popular ways to work out for exercisers of all levels. The up-tempo exercise routine strengthens various muscles while also giving kickboxers a rapid cardio workout. The workout provides a host of benefits.
KIDS FITNESS BLAST: Small group training for ages 4-12, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, speed, endurance, agility & fun. Improving the body composition of each participant. Pre-registration is required.
PILATES: Joseph Pilates presented this exercise as a pathway to total well-being. The basis of his method concentrates on correcting causes in order to "coordinate the mind, body and spirit. Thus he created a regime vigorous enough for dancers and athletes, yet gentle enough for everyone. Pilates is a collection of exercises that can be modified or tailored to an individual's physical circumstances and ability. RPM Cycling: This indoor cycling workout will increase your cardiovascular fitness, burn fat, and tone and shape your legs, hips, and butt. You will ride through hills, flats, mountains, speed work and interval training. SILVER SNEAKERS WALKING PROGRAM: (SUSPENDED UNTIL FALL) Dynamic NO EXCUSE indoor walking class that will help you get into shape, tone your body all at your own pace. This class is for everyone. Simple easy movements that can be used everyday and includes all muscle groups. STEP: is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. Your legs will love it! TOTAL BODY: This 55 minute class consists of a mix of cardio, strength, kickboxing, plyometrics, core strength and yoga with plenty of options from high intensity to low impact. This class will get your heart rate up and burn an average of 500 calories. It is a fantastic class with an excellent instructor who keeps the class motivated and involved. TRX Training: Class is open to all members. No fee required. A new revolution in training - TRX Suspension Training, get an excellent, cardio, core and strength training session in half the time by a certified TRX trainer. This class will be held in the small group training room and will be limited to 8 participants. Please come early to reserve your spot for this one-of-a-kind class. YOGA: Refresh your body and mind while improving your flexibility and mobility. The benefits are endless. ZUMBA: This 60 min. Latin dance inspired cardio workout will help will burn tons of calories while having fun! Learn new steps to a blend of international music such as Latin, Reggae, Hip Hop, and much more.
