Your agreement and waiver must be printed, completed, signed and either, faxed, e-mailed, mailed or brought in to Energy Gym for our records in order to process your Access Key Card. Please put your PayPal transaction # on your agreement. |
Note: After we recieve your completed agreement and waiver, Energy will call you when your Access Card can be picked up (within 48 hours) You then have to come into Energy during staffed hours to have your membership photo taken and at that time you can begin using your access card. Please read our FAQ for questions about how a 24 Hour facility works.
