TOTAL BODY: 
This 55 minute class consists of a mix of cardio, strength, kickboxing, plyometrics, core strength and yoga with plenty of options from high intensity to low impact.  This class will get your heart rate up and burn an average of 500 calories.  It is a fantastic class with an excellent instructor who keeps the class motivated and involved.

STEP 55:
The energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructor. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.  Your legs will love it!

Silver Sneakers Walking Program

A dynamic NO EXCUSE program that incorporates low impact movement that will help you get into shape, tone your body all at your own pace. This class is for everyone, those who are just starting to exercise, those who have never tried an exercise class and those who have been exercising all along. These are simple easy movements that can be used everyday and includes all muscle groups.
