INTRODUCING LES MILLS VIRTUAL CLASSES

Classes that are listed on schedule as VIRTUAL are displayed on our big screen video wall.

Classes are pre-scheduled, you will find and register virtual classes just like live classes.  Arrive to class early to get your equipment set up.  Enjoy world-class instructors who will motivate, guide and instruct the class to outstanding music.  


BARRE WORX:  Meet us at the barre for a calorie burning, fat blasting workout designed to chisel your abs and arms, tone your legs and give you a high, lifted “seat". This ballet inspired, non-impact class focuses on isolated exercises, alignment, flexibility and posture as you perform a sequence of targeted mindful muscle movements. Each intense interval is followed by a relaxing stretch. Suitable for all fitness levels, age 13 and up. 60 minutes. 


BARRE-LATES:  An infusion between Barre & traditiional mat Pilates. An invigorating 45 minute class that helps tighten and tone your core, glutes, hips, and upper-body.  Using lightweights, bands and balls you will be able to feel all of the muscles of the body without using impact, so it is easy on your joints.


BODYCOMBAT:  Get fast, fast and strong using non-contact martial arts-inspired exercises to fuel cardio fitness and train the whole body.


BODYFLOW:  Yoga-based workout with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates set to music. It will improve your mind, body and life.​

BODYPUMP:  This 60 min. workout strengthens your entire body by using the best weight-room exercises such as Squats, Presses, Lifts, Curls. BODYPUMP will not only tone and shape your muscles it will also improve your general fitness and well-being.  *Express is a 45 minute class

BODYSCULPT:  Total body sculpting, creating sleek long lean lines like a ballet dancer! Incorporating ballet floor bar & ballet barre exercises elongating & sculpting your total body with emphasis on sleek legs, glutes, arms, back & abs! Also incorporating the bar & used like a ballet bar for balance & sculpting ballet exercises. Adding in exercises to tighten, elongate & tone the body with light weights to sculpt & tone your entire body! No impact, no pressure on joints, no pounding. Refreshing, revitalizing sculpting every inch! Creating sleek long lines & elongating the body & excellent for strengthening the posture!

BOOTCAMP:  Get in shape “boot camp” style! Experience high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body, specifically designed to work all of your muscle groups. Creative muscle-toning exercises using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, gliders, and the participant’s body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges. No two classes are the same! Participants work to improve cardiovascular stamina, core strength, & flexibility. Class length:  45 minutes


CX WORX™:   A 30-minute class that really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.  It'll help you run faster, play harder, stand stronger!


GRIT CARDIO™:   High-intensity interval training that improves cardiovascular fitness.


GRIT PLYO ™:   High-intensity interval training designed to make you perform like an athlete.


GRIT STRENGTH™:   High-intensity interval training designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.​

KETTLEBELLS:  This 30 minute workout is excellent for burning calories, core stength and conditioning, it works on your glutes, quads, through your core and upper body.  The Kettlebell  is one of the most versitle training tools as you will find in the varienty of moves that can be done. 

KICKBOXING:  Once a specialized sport, kickboxing has quickly become one of the most popular ways to work out for exercisers of all levels. The up-tempo exercise routine strengthens various muscles while also giving kickboxers a rapid cardio workout. The workout provides a host of benefits.          

PILATES:  Joseph Pilates presented this exercise as a pathway to total well-being.  The basis of his method concentrates on correcting causes in order to "coordinate the mind, body and spirit.  Thus he created a regime vigorous enough for dancers and athletes, yet gentle enough for everyone.  Pilates is a collection of exercises that can be modified or tailored to an individual's physical circumstances and ability.


POUND:  Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! RPM Cycling: This indoor cycling workout will increase your cardiovascular fitness, burn fat, and tone and shape your legs, hips, and butt. You will ride through hills, flats, mountains, speed work and interval training.


SH'BAM: Fun-loving and insanely addictive dance workout. No dance experience required!

SOUL BODY BARRE: (SB BARRE) is a one hour, mindfully intense class with a seamless flow that incorporates both dynamic and isometric movements that work deep into the muscles. Pulling from the principals of Pilates, the wisdom of yoga, intense power of dance and the body sculpting benefits of traditional interval strength training, we strive to have every person who walks through our studio door feel inspired and empowered to transform their body to its fullest potential.

STEP: is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.  Your legs will love it!


STRONG by Zumba™ combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster.

TRX Training:  A new revolution in training - TRX Suspension Training, get an excellent, cardio, core and strength training session in half the time by a certified TRX trainer. This class will be held in the small group training room and will be limited to 8 participants. Please come early to reserve your spot for this one-of-a-kind class.


VIRTUAL BARRE: A modern version of classic balletic training designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday.


YOGA: Refresh your body and mind while improving your flexibility and mobility. The benefits are endless.

ZUMBA:  This 60-minute Latin dance inspired cardio workout will help will burn tons of calories while having fun! Learn new steps to a blend of international music such as Latin, Reggae, Hip Hop, and much more.


ZUMBA GOLD:  Perfect For  Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.  How It Works:  The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.  Benefits  Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!
