ENOC ROSA

Born in a place and country where I actually had to make my own weights out of concrete, it was always my dream to to be able to work out in an real gym.  I found a new home in Delaware, USA and a second family in Tony and Gina Hall here at Energy Gym.  

Tony helped me go from a skinny 135 lbs. boy to a fit/healthy 170 lbs. man.  I trained with him for 3+ years and he helped me not only fulfill my dream of working out in a gym, but he pushed me to actually become a Personal Trainer myself.  Tony has taught me a wealth of knowledge about nutrition/diet, about proper exercise technique, mind to muscle concentration training and the correct strategies to change your body and change your life.

In life, the motivation to fulfill a goal comes from within you, but sometimes it takes a little help.  Let me help you start or continue your fitness journey by using personalized and focused strategies so that you can pull the absolute most out of yourself.

WENDY (FORD) PERRY

HISTORY | EXPERIENCE

Wendy has been involved with fitness and sports for as long as she can remember. As two sport athlete in college, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with concentration in fitness and coacing.  She taught High School Physical Education for 6 years as well as working as an Athletic Director on the high school level. Wendy has coached on every level from grade school to college. In 2003 she turned her owned business called “Perfect Fitness” in addition to working for numerous gyms and health clubs.  During that time she taught Bootcamps for Sergeants program and in 2008 started her own called “Neighborhood Troops”.  As well as a personal trainer Wendy is a group fitnessinstructor and beach bootcamp instructor at hipAHA.  She specializes in high intensity training and kettlebell workouts.
